De USB stick bevat alle 14 geremasterde albums. Alle visuele elementen van de albums staan ook op de USB stick, evenals 13 mini-documentaires en andere aanvullende informatie. De USB stick heeft de vorm van een groen appel en is verpakt in een speciale doos. Wereldwijd wordt een strikt gelimiteerd aantal van 30.000 stuks verkocht.
 Hoge audiokwaliteit
De muziek van alle 14 albums staat in twee formaten op de USB stick, zowel in MP3 (bitrate 320 kb/s) als in FLAC (44.1 kHz, 24 bit). MP3 is voor iedereen wel bekend, de albums staan in de hoogst mogelijke MP3 kwaliteit op de USB stick. Net als MP3 is FLAC ook een compressieformaat. Alleen bij FLAC heb je geen kwaliteitsverlies. De 14 albums staan in 24 bit FLAC op de USB stick en bieden door deze hoge resolutie een betere kwaliteit dan de eerdere CD uitgave.
Op de USB stick staan geen spelers om de MP3 en FLAC bestanden af te spelen. De 24 bit FLAC bestanden geeft mensen die een hoogwaardige netwerkspeler hebben de mogelijkheid de 14 The Beatles albums met hoge audiokwaliteit te beluisteren.

Following the 09-09-09 debut of The Beatles' digitally re-mastered catalogue on CD, Apple Corps Ltd. and EMI Music are pleased to announce the worldwide release of a limited edition of only 30,000 Beatles Stereo USB apples on December 7.
The exquisitely crafted, apple-shaped USB drive is loaded with the critically acclaimed re-mastered audio for The Beatles' 14 stereo titles, as well as all of the re-mastered CDs' visual elements, including 13 mini-documentary films about the studio albums, replicated original UK album art, rare photos and expanded liner notes. A specially designed Flash interface has been installed, and the 16Gb USB's audio contents will be provided in FLAC 44.1 Khz 24 bit and MP3 320 Kbps formats, fully compatible with PC and Mac.
